The QIAGEN QIACube Connect liquid handling robot can be used for DNA and RNA purification from a range of cell and tissue samples using Qiagen's automated purification system. The robot is a single channel liquid handler with built-in grippers, shaker and centrifuge enabling it to run many of the QIAGEN mini and micro kits, up to 12 samples at a time.

We offer training for you to learn how to operate the QIAGEN robot on your own. Once trained, you may sign up on our web calendar system to use it at your convenience.

Only samples that are non-viral, non-pathogenic, and non-infectious may be processed on this robot in our core lab.

You are responsible for purchasing your own kits and related consumables for your robot run. Some supplies, including some kits, Rotor Adaptors, and Reagent Bottles, can be purchased in our Reagents & Supplies Store.
