NGS DATA DISTRIBUTION DELAY UPCOMING: O2 OUTAGE June 23 - June 26

As reported by Harvard Medical School's Research Computing team, the computing cluster "O2" will be down (at minimum) June 23rd - June 26th. In our experience, there are usually lagging issues after an O2 upgrade which are out of our control. We will also need to re-install some software after the upgrade, so we expect O2 to be unavailable that entire week, with issues extending possibly into the following week.

NGS Data can be distributed via BaseSpace, so as long as your sample sheet is correct this is a method to receive data without delays. If you expect to receive data that week, please preemptively create a BaseSpace account here and write the email address associated with that BaseSpace account on your NGS order.

Please let us know of any questions!

Thank you,

BPF Staff
